Qualicare KC Homecare is looking for compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to join our family as Care Assistants (aka Caregivers & much more). We consider all applicants for all current & new positions.
- We are looking for 1 to 2 CA's for Client in Lees Summit. 5 days per week M-F, late morning 3hr shifts.
- Nice lady, lives alone at home. She wants someone who will keep busy and be proactive in learning her home and needs.
- MUST have safe transportation for occasional errands and/or transporting her to appointments.

Job Summary
The Care Assistant position is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Director of Care and performs various tasks as necessary to meet the client’s needs. A CA is not limited to just personal care. We are their Personal Assistant and MUST be flexible as well as adapt to changing environments at times.
Responsibilities
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
Qualifications
- Ability to travel around location territory
- Access to internet/mobile phone
- Must have a safe vehicle for transportation of clients. ie: appointments, errands etc.
